Not only because it is a British company (so fed up with everything being imported from you know where) it is a fantastic product. I looked at all the small hoovers and read the reviews - so glad I chose Hoover. Very satisfied with instructions and performance I can see how much has been cleaned and gives me a Clean feeling.

I was quite impressed by its overall performance tbh! I am no vacuum expert but this Hoover gets the job done pretty well in my fully carpeted flat (apart from kitchen and toilet).

If you're looking for an efficient easy to use vacuum cleaner chose HOOVER, you won't regret it. Overall, great value for money! Wanted to give it some time before reviewing it. " kit on Amazon itself which gave me three extensions and costed very less.

Only thing though, is that box came clearly damaged and found one "scratch" in the product (see pictures). Best part is: Emptying the dust collection box. Giving 4 stars cuz I wouldn't expect this from a 'brand new' item.
The only downside is the instructions are all pictures and a bit of a puzzle - guess I'll work it out when I need to change the filter. Good one.
Haven't experienced any issue with it at all and everything has been working as advertised. I would need another one for pillows and mattresses. Been using this Hoover for about three months now.
