Cons- probably could do with roller blade wheels and locking castors. - build quality - parts and packaging were well put together and robust. The adjustable settings are super helpful in letting him adjust to his needs.

Chair is sturdy and heavy. Very easy to build (comes with a very good instruction book and tools) and took me about 15min to finish.

The lumbar support has provided amazing support & made a huge difference to his comfort throughout a day of work. This is a godsend. Grey may stain over time, so I'll have to use my wet vac more often.

Packaging is excellent. The box had a few dings, but nothing inside was damaged.

First impressions comfort - I'd seen a lot of complaints about the lumbar support and I was a bit concerned about it - but I needn't have been. There's certainly much more padding than on my last chair. Assembly was FAIRLY straightforward - I was able to do it myself - although there were a couple of fiddly screws that might have been easier if I'd had an extra pair of hands to help.
