About this deal

Eek!

The first day of the calendar includes a Raspberry Pi Pico H, Micro-USB cable and breadboard to get you set up (sorry, we had to spoil box #1! ), including some introductory code examples, then the following boxes each contain a new project to learn and program with the Pico and popular components (think sensing things, blinky things and more! Great for learning how to code or building up your selection of components in a fun way! ). No soldering required! This is a superb gift option for a wide range of makers from all experience levels. Select your favorite emoji from the suggested list, and get your personality popping in chats with friends! The main difference is the components that you'll find inside the twelve boxes: For new coders - The included Pico H and project parts combined with the easy-to-follow instructions, clear example code and helpful wiring diagrams make this perfect for anyone wanting to get started with the Raspberry Pi Pico, programming and electronics. We now have two calendars to choose from, so which is best for you?

Help me choose!

  • No.

  • Everything in the calendar is either pre-wired or uses jumper wires, and the Pico H has headers pre-soldered, ready to push into the breadboard.
  • We've designed this with beginners in mind and tested it on a range of people with different experience levels, however, if you do get stuck and need help, just pop us a message via support.
  • Is this just for the festive season?
  • We're using Windows (11) in the example projects using the Thonny IDE.

It is powered by two AAA batteries which are inserted into a compartment on the underside. This could be down to the OS but I was still quite impressed nonetheless. It was very simple to install in that you simply turn it on and it started working immediately.

It has a real quality feel to the keys and they glide down softly without effort. It has a battery indicator on the front to indicate when the batteries are running low and when the unit is switched on.

I bought this keyboard because I didn't like the feel of my HP keyboard. This is a fantastic, slim and light keyboard with a quality feel and full functionality.
