Pull the insert out and a loud high pitched siren sounds and a light flashes, drawing attention to you and your needs. Comes with both a keyring loop and a large carabiner style clip. The media could not be loaded.

For it to work you have to manually pull out the ring at the top, it won’t go off just like that. My daughter is going away to university so I got her this just for peace of mind when she's out and about at night. It's lightweight and easy to put in a bag or pocket.
