Balls were placed to a random position before each iteration. Thus, no bouncing balls on spin up! All balls on the photo have 3 or 4 marks, all marks are at about the same place. Balls are really not perfect, and the device really works.

It's tooks a hour cannot remove screw, unopen the batteries cover always. The media could not be loaded. The pen is comes with isn't that great, so if you want to use a fine pint sharpie, you can open the hole with a 19/64" drill bit. It's even better to have a spare pen

Make sure you keep it as level as you can But after communicated with the support staff, so appreciated for its understanding and good result to the deal. The reason being it spins up at a slower rate.
