So far, I’ve enjoyed everything so no complaints as far as the end result. Speaking of which, I am not an experienced cook, so I’ve done quite a bit of googling to accomplish these dishes.

Just opened up this beautiful cookbook today. Not a big deal but in the last couple weeks I’ve made quite a few dishes and I wish there was better clarification for so many things. Viva La Salud! Packed with dishes,My only negative is the lack of photos, there are lots - but I’d say 1 photo to every 10 recipesAmazing book nonetheless & you’ll probably never need to buy another Mexican book.

We have recipes from A-Z and would recommend this book to anyone looking to expand their horizons and deepen their culinary literacy of Mexico. While it has been time-consuming to look up all of that information, I do feel like I’ve learned a lot in a short period of time. - So far, I've marked a ton of recipes I will trying; starting today with carne enchilada! 53 ;)

! If you are inexperienced like me, you will want to look up some information about ingredients and yes, how to prepare those ingredients.

The cooking times shown could be off because there is some effort that needs to go into say dry-roasting ingredients. -Not many pictures l, but I can live with that.
