would def buy again. Best pillow ever, after buying so many neck pillows that did not work, some made it worse! 5 The firmness seems to have have reduced but I just buff it all down to one end of the pillow and use it that way and its mintI'd give it a 4.

Purchased for my daybed. Full night sleeping is back! It does have a issue but that may be just it's age.

it supports round my neck whilst being soft. I got the Firm pillow for side sleepers 😉 Pillows seem very comfortable. It's sooo cosy ,love it!
