The general view is if you want a real blast, go 2x spicy (red) but if you want a quick lunch without too much drama. A very VERY tasty treat for a quick heat fix! This being a disadvantageous matter, atleast the noodles weren’t out of date (which I expected when I purchased this). I’m absolutely obsessed with these noodles and buy them very often.

I recommend leaving abit of water still in the them for when you mix the sauce in as otherwise they would be dry, it does say to do that on the instructions though! Just make sure you throw some stock into the wok when transferring the noodles or they stick (even with oil). Flavour is off the charts, chicken and sweetness perfected. There are different views around the family about how thick the sauce should be reduced down to for maximum enjoyment.

All in all not bad, would stick to the chicken version of this though But if you do order, please check korean stores online- you may just get them for the same price or maybe cheaper, and they will have 5 packs or whatever’s advertised 😂 since you’re buying from a credible* retailer. The top tip is to let them cool for a minute before diving in, that way the thermal heat doesn't detract from the spicy eating pleasure, since there is a lot of thermal mass in them.
